Your account

Clerk provides sign-in, including Google sign-in and email verification. This involves basic account identity and email information. Our service stores an account identifier, your Clerk identity, your verified primary email and account timestamps. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files or Google contacts.

Your time with Blobu

We store the text you send, speech transcripts, language and tone information, interactions, your Blobu’s name and tribe, its state and relationship progress, generated thoughts and memory summaries. These records let your trial continue across visits.

The microphone starts when you enable voice and grant browser permission. Its audio stream is processed for speech recognition and is not saved as a persistent raw recording. Recognized speech is stored as text. Sounds generated by Blobu are saved so the service can deliver them to you.

Processing and service providers

We use account and interaction data to provide sign-in, maintain the continuity of your trial, operate the service and investigate problems. Our models run on a server we manage. The current trial server and its primary data storage are in mainland China.

Cloudflare delivers the website and routes connections to the service. Clerk handles authentication. These providers operate global services, so account and connection information may be processed outside your location. Service logs, task queues and backups support operation and recovery.

Browser storage

Sign-in uses necessary authentication cookies and related session mechanisms provided by Clerk. Our website also saves your sound preference and introductory guide progress in local storage on your device.

Keeping and managing your data

There is currently no fixed automatic deletion schedule. Account and trial records, generated audio and backups are kept to support the trial and recovery.

To request access, correction or deletion, email hello@oolu.land. We will need to verify your identity before handling account data. Signing out does not delete your account or trial records.

Changes

We may update this notice as the trial develops. The effective date above identifies the current version.
